Uratex, BAFI Renew Partnership for Decade of Math, Science, and Music

Uratex and Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc. (BAFI) have renewed their partnership for another decade. This collaboration will bring innovative math exhibits, science outreach, and music festivals to communities across the Philippines.

The Mind Museum's Technology Gallery will feature a new math-themed exhibit sponsored by Uratex. This exhibit will bear Uratex's name, further cementing their commitment to education and innovation.

BAFI Managing Director/Curator Maria Isabel Garcia commended Uratex's genuine interest in BAFI's programs. The partnership will support a traveling exhibition focused on human collaboration and environmental stewardship, reaching communities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Uratex will also co-sponsor four Mind Rover sorties in Visayas and Mindanao, providing hands-on science experiences to up to 4,000 underserved public school students. Uratex President and CEO Natividad Cheng expressed enthusiasm for reaching more Filipino communities through this initiative.

In addition, Uratex will maintain naming rights to iconic installations at The Mind Museum, including the Space Shell Planetarium, the Giant Orrery, and Dressed for Space. Uratex has been a founding partner of The Mind Museum and will continue to support it.

Through this renewed partnership, Uratex and BAFI aim to spark wonder, champion learning, and connect communities. They will transform lives and shape the nation's creative and scientific potential through engaging math exhibits, science outreach, and the Pinoy Playlist Music Festival 2025.
