Music School Joins Forces with 'Last Night A DJ Saved My Life' for a Noble Project

In a unique initiative that harnesses the power of music for social good, a leading music education institution has partnered with Last Night A DJ Saved My Life (LNADJ) to donate 30 iMacs to Sierra Leone. This collaboration aims to support life-changing projects through music education and creation.

LNADJ, an organisation that links the global electronic music community with charitable projects, is renowned for inspiring initiatives and partnerships in charitable contexts. By working with renowned DJs and musicians, LNADJ raises funds and awareness for various causes, supporting those in need through life-affirming ventures.

Our music education institution is proud to be part of this valuable mission. The collaboration includes students, alumni, and staff donating technology, instruments, production and DJ gear. One of our alumni, Mash P, has travelled to Sierra Leone with the 30 iMacs to start a community creative hub.

The creative hub will help students learn music production, Photoshop, video editing, and more. The free resources offered by our school upon registration will further support users in their music-making journey. These resources, designed to help users learn and create music, include sounds, plugins, online course samples, and more. They are exclusive to registered users and can be accessed on the Free Stuff page.

Jonny Lee, founder of LNADJ, expressed gratitude for the support, stating that the donations confirm the need for Get Equipped. This initiative underscores the impact that music and education can have on communities in need, and we are honoured to be a part of it.

LNADJ's work in Sierra Leone is just one example of the organisation's commitment to using music and DJ culture as positive social tools. The organisation is also known for its fundraising and educational projects connected to music.
