These measures aim to ensure only those with proper permits can access the necessary safety facilities and avoid taking unnecessary risks.

An advanced command and control center coordinates all service providers in real-time, enabling them to monitor the security and health situations seamlessly. The center employs artificial intelligence to manage crowd flow, detect potential hazards, and react promptly to emergencies. Aerial surveillance via drones fitted with scanning systems is also in place, capable of identifying chemical or radioactive substances and monitoring crowd dynamics from high above.
