Evening celebration of youth culture in Euskirchen

Euskirchen is gearing up for an exciting Youth Culture Night, part of the nachtfrequenz25 event taking place on the 27th and 28th of September 2025. This two-day celebration, funded by the Landesvereinigung kulturelle Jugendarbeit NRW e.V. and the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, promises a variety of engaging activities for young people aged 14 and above.

On the 27th, starting from 2:00 PM, you can participate in a range of workshops and activities. The "Double Exposure" photography workshop will be held at "Simons Glück" in Kapellenstraße 35, with registration required. Participants are asked to bring their own camera or smartphone for this creative session.

For those interested in skateboarding, a workshop will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the new skate park at Georgstraße. Helmets and skateboards can be borrowed or brought along. Experienced trainers will demonstrate tricks to help you improve your skills.

If you're more into music and dance, the "Move your Story" dance workshop will take place in the seminar room at Annostraße 31 in Euskirchen-Frauenberg on the 28th of September from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Registration is required for this workshop.

The Youth Villa, located at Alte Gerberstraße 22, will offer various activities from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the 27th. This includes an interactive escape room, a quiz, archery, and boxing. No equipment is needed for these activities, and they will be held at the Youth Villa or the Disternicher Torwall behind the youth center.

Young talents from the Euskirchen area will take to the stage at the Old Market from around 2:30 PM on the 27th. Their performances will feature self-written songs from various music genres, a result of a joint call by the city marketing z.eu.s e.V. and the city of Euskirchen.

For those who wish to try out different instruments, visit the Tambourcorps Oberwichterich stand during the Knollenfest in the city center on the 27th and 28th of September.

All events during the Youth Culture Night are free and organized by the city of Euskirchen in cooperation with the Caritas Association for the Dekanat Euskirchen and the "Kurve kriegen" initiative.
