Displaying XC models at the October NEC Show: Xplore unveils its XC lineup at the event
**New Xplore XC Range: Lightweight, Practical, and Packed with Features**
The Xplore XC range, a collection of three touring vans, has been unveiled, offering lightweight towing, practical layouts, and quality features suitable for first-time buyers, couples, and families. The range was showcased at the recent Motorhome and Caravan Show held at the NEC in Birmingham.
The Xplore XC range consists of the XC Duo, XC Lite, and XC Quad, each tailored to different needs but sharing a lightweight design and practical features.
The XC Lite, priced at £22,749, is a four-berth tourer with an MTPLM of 1090kg. It is updated from the popular Xplore 304 model, aimed at younger buyers and couples with occasional guests. The van boasts a stylish new interior with dark grey upholstery and black cupboard handles, ample storage, and a clever layout with blown-air heating for winter use.
Additional features include an Al-KO stabiliser, alloy wheels, ATC (automatic trailer control), a bike rack for two bikes, and an external barbecue point. The van's interior is well-lit using two Heki roof lights and a front window instead of a sunroof. The comfortable rear single dinette comes with a clip-on table and a mains socket. However, table storage could be improved, as the foldaway table is stored behind the central wardrobe, which may be inconvenient when clothes are hanging.
While exact specifications are limited, the XC Duo is a great option for couples seeking extra space, featuring an airy interior and a spacious dining area with clever storage solutions. It is a compact but comfortable layout ideal for two people.
The XC Quad, priced at £25,499, is the only model in the range with a permanent bed, ideal for those who prefer island bed caravans. It provides ample sleeping space for up to four people with a fixed double bed and a lounge that converts into a double bed. The van boasts a lightweight design with a stylish exterior and good towing weight for its size, along with versatile features that balance good looks with a generous standard specification.
All Xplore vans in the range provide a head height of 6.5m and are equipped with Whale Heating, which can run on gas or electric. The kitchen spec includes a Dometic series 10 98L fridge, a dual fuel hob, a microwave, and LED downlight.

Alternatively, families or couples desiring a spacious living arrangement might prefer the XC Quad, a versatile four-berth caravan that caters to travelers' demands with its permanent bed, lightweight design, and balanced standard specification.
