While we're talking Europe, Poland's organizing a caravan to Jordan—smart, right? The Foreign Office urges Germans to join the crisis preparedness list named Elefand.
After conferring with authorities, a spokesperson mentioned these weren't exactly reptriations or emergency evacuations, but "commercial special flights" due to insufficient airline options. The flights will continue, provided the circumstances and need persist.

Germans must embark on their journey to Jordan
The Foreign Office decided against arranging trips from Israel to the Jordanian airport and recommends avoiding such actions to reduce potential risks. The first piece of advice for the affected individuals remains adherence to the Israeli authorities' security directives. "As a matter of fact, they always suggest staying away from land travel and large gatherings, at the moment," the spokesperson mentioned.
Approximately 4,000 Germans are registered on the German crisis preparedness list Elefand, disclosing their residence in Israel. In Iran, this number sways over 1,000 registrations.
The Foreign Office advises Germans in Iran to venture into neighboring Armenia and Turkey for transit. The border crossings are stringently open. In select instances, it's also possible to depart via Azerbaijan's border. From all three countries, one can continue the journey to Germany through regular flights. "Germans are encouraged to utilize these opportunities to continue onward to Germany," it indicated. "Our embassy in Tehran backs the exit, if possible, by directly communicating with the Iranian authorities."
