For instance, it is stated that this new digital assistant boasts a generative artificial intelligence (AI). Moreover, thanks to the integrated AI model, the chatbot operates independently and quickly responds to common travelers' questions, according to the message.

A pilot version of the chatbot will be further developed and its functionalities expanded in the near future. Users currently have the ability to not only receive a service or answers to questions, but also participate in the chatbot's education, as every query enhances the bot's response scenarios and makes them more useful and accurate.

It is anticipated that the chatbot will soon be available in the airline's mobile app for Android operating systems.

As "Monocle" previously reported, Aeroflot introduced a service allowing passengers to purchase sleep blocks. Dubbed Sleep+, the service starts at 6,800 rubles and enables the acquisition of a block of three window seats or a block of four central row seats in the economy class cabin for comfortable sleep. The service fee includes a business class sleep kit (mattress, blanket, pillow, sheet, and travel set).

The Sleep+ service is currently available on select international routes and flights to the Far East, but only if there are sufficient available seats during registration at the departure airport.
